ACCEPTANCE OF THE GOODS

The buyer is responsible for inspecting the goods for any faults and notifying us within 5 working days of receiving the goods should there be any faults.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE POLICY

If you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return or exchange the goods within 30 days from the original purchase date. To qualify for a refund, the goods must be returned in their original, unused condition with original tags and packaging.

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
  • Sales items can only be refunded if the goods are faulty.
  • Refunds are not available on free promotional items.

 

Unfortunately, we don't offer a free two-way returns service unless the goods received are faulty, damaged or incorrect. For peace of mind, we suggest using tracked post as we are not liable for lost return parcels.

Please allow 7 working days for us to receive your goods. Once received, we will inspect the goods and notify you via email of the outcome within 2 business days. We will email you confirmation of your exchange or refund and how it is being processed. In most cases, refunds should appear in your account within 1-5 working days after the goods have been returned and expected by our team.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGE PROCEDURE

  1. Contact us at nuisanceofficial@outlook.com notifying us of your reason to exchange or refund the goods. An address will be provided to you.
  2. Send a copy of your invoice or order confirmation back with the unwanted/exchangeable goods.
  3. Circle the item/s you would like to return/exchange.
  4. Pack the item/s with your invoice in a carton or satchel from Australia Post. Please ensure the goods are packed properly as we won't accept damaged items unless they are faulty.
  5. Attend your local post office and post the goods to the address given to you in the initial email with our team.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • Goods must be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the original purchase date.
  • We will not accept goods that are missing tags, worn, altered or washed unless faulty.
  • We will not accept goods that have marks, stains and rips unless faulty. 
  • Shipping charges incurred at checkout are non-refundable.
  • Online purchases cannot be returned in person. Online purchases may only be returned by sending them to the returns address as per the "Returns and Exchange Procedure" noted above.
